Yes, you read that correctly. Now they are planning the construction to roof Baltimore. There is no reason to become alarmed as the benefits of this giant project will far out weigh any concerns, and enthusiasts are saying it is about time.

The job market is already seeing large lines of people waiting to sign up for employment, while the economy is slated for a huge surge. City politicians and corporate heads were all too excited to sign the deal due to the massive savings to municipal budgets and massive savings in the decrease of expenses and cost of doing business.

No more need to worry about the weather report, there will be no outside activities that get canceled due to rain. Go ahead and plan lunch under the trees, parties in the back yard, anything you want to do outdoor. Winter will be a time of outdoor activity, too, with no slush getting all over the floor of the house, or building up icy snow capped streets. With no inclement weather causing hazardous road conditions, automobile accidents may become a thing of the past.

No more climbing ladders to clean leaves out of the gutters. The projected savings on medical claims to insurance companies is estimated to be in the billions of dollars every year with fewer accidents related to household handyman repairs. This could see a reduction in the premiums people pay on homeowners insurance each year.

With there being no more exposure to the elements, residential roofs will be obsolete, replaced with an ecologically correct environmentally safe refuge providing natural habitats for endangered species. These new ideas are making the members of green organizations very happy, as these eco-colonies will produce the oxygen needed to supply the entire city system with fresh air for all. The city ventilation system will store this for redistribution of clean fresh air. Respiratory ailments are expected to reach an all time low providing seriously need health improvements to many of the residents.

The heat island effect will be no longer exist because the dome covering major cities are to be climate controlled. Global warming will be corrected and the ice caps will return as they once were. The return of the polar caps will also help endangered species to return to a state where they can be removed form the list.

When considering the benefits to health, environment, safety and the economy it is little wonder that the future is now much brighter than even a few months ago. The estimated savings in related costs are well worth the investment in saving our planet, and now is the perfect time to roof Baltimore.
