After the year by year, now it is turn of New Year 2011 that brings different types of plans, ideas and things to do for different peoples. For every person it is expected to be an eventful year with achievements and success in every field. In new year every person trying to achieve bigger goals and fulfill those commitments which were pending last year and trying to work hard to achieve new plans and aims that arrives along with the event of new year. We all would try to make this New Year 2010 more successful and joyful. Like new year that is also chinese new year that meant for thanksgiving is usually for 15 days festival. During this festival people comes with their holidays and having all around celebration mood with their dear ones where they forget all the grudges between them. Chinese New year is a family affair which is started with the full moon and ends on the full moon that is generally 15 days later. Chinese new year is also known by lunar new year as chinese calendar is based on lunar and solar movements and it is called by lantern festival.

Chinese new year is always dedicated to animal and as per Chinese calendar, the upcoming chinese new year 2011 is a year of rabbit. Like in every year, Chinese New Year 2011 will start from 3rd of February. In Chinese calendar the names are repeated after every 60 years within a cycle of 12 years denoted by chinese animals, this makes Chinese calendar different from western calendar. Besides, chinese new year there are many festivals that brings season of celebration in all over world. Easter day is one of the biggest days for christian community. This festival is dedicated to Christian, which is celebrated by all over the world. As per the Christian scripture, it is a day when Jesus was resurrected from the dead on the third day from his crucifixion. Every year, easter day is comes on Sunday that is why easter day is also called by easter sunday. It comes two days after the Good Friday. During this festival, easter calendar and easter egg plays an important role where people usually buy new dresses and celebrates with complete fun and joy.

As we all know there are many festivals in this world that dedicates to any of the culture and religion in this world. But there are some festivals that are celebrated by all over world in respect of caste, custom and creed. Like valentine's day, a festival of express true love and heart feelings. Valentine's Day is celebrated on 14th February of every year when young people use to gift red roses and other types of gifts to their valentine. On this day, every couple where ages doesn't matters express true love to his or her life partner by presenting red roses, cards, little teddy that symbolizes love and other types of love gifts that enables them in expressing true love for their life partner.
