In addition, contact lenses help to revise your eyesight and resolve the inconvenience caused by frame glasses. But if not carefully used, they will do harm to the eyes as well. Adolescents are in the period of vigorous growth. Wearing contact glasses too early does no good to the eyes, including side effects. In a word, glasses can help protect our eyes.
