The employers / clients benefit immensely from the recruiting agency. The whole process starts with the client giving the details of the vacant positions that need to be filled to the recruitment team. Requirements of each of these positions are too communicated to be done before a given timeframe. This is where the role of the client ends. After which it is all up to the recruitment agency. Once suitable candidates are selected, they are sent to the client for further induction processes. Hence the client’s role is minimal which saves it a lot of time for other organizational work.

A single individual candidate registers himself / herself with a recruitment firm. The candidate’s profile is checked against the requirements of all of the clients for an appropriate match. If there is a suitable match of the candidate’s profile and a job requisite, the same candidate is sent for a job interview with the client. These firms also perform recruitment of employees based on contracts. This depends on the requirements like short term projects or long term projects. This particular feature enables the clients / employers to recruit candidates for a specified amount of time before which the given work must be finished. After the contract period, the employer may even hire that particular candidate permanently.
