your ability to sustain very high customer service
standards. Earning a customer's business is much more likely
when you treat them like a human being and not just a chance
to make money. Say you create your web page and sit back and
wait for the money to come in, you may make a little money.

you more money. It shouldn't be hard to provide good
customer service to your buyers. Here are some things you
can start doing today to provide your buyers with a better
buying experience. Always answer messages or e-mails from your customers as quickly as possible. Do your best to answer any messages within a 24 hour period. The messages you send should always be personally written by you. Do not rely on automated messages that do not address the person's specific question. A quick and personal response to comments, questions or even complaints shows that you really care what your customers. If your business was a traditional offline one, would you only answer the phone when you felt like it or ignore people who entered? If so, you wouldn't expect to be in business for very long! If it's feasible, be sure to implement any suggestions and advice your customer offers you. And even if your customer doesn't like something you're doing, try to make time to personally answer every email you receive. Sometimes the best feedback you receive will be the negative variety because it will allow you to see how to improve what you offer. If you take the time to write a response to your client's email and point out a few specific things they wrote about in their email, you will show them that you care enough to read it, and they will be more likely to buy from you in the future! And when they understand from your responses that you see them, not as PayPal sales, but as individuals, they will be more inclined to make future purchases. It is always well received when you send a free item to your customer list. However, don't hold out on them here by giving away something that they would not want. If your business has your composing articles, give out free articles to your customers based on what they have requested from you before. If you work with affiliates, do some research and see if you can find any "freebies" through the affiliate, and offer these "freebies" to your customer list. Everyone loves something for free, and they will be more apt to buy from you again. You can give your customers great service in a variety of ways. Remember that many people are still afraid to shop online out of fear of being ripped off.
