Provide staff with a challenging job. The step job is most easy to kill morale, so making work challenging is better to boost the performance of employees. Managers have to guide employees in the work to grow and provide them with opportunities to learn new skills. Ensure that staffs have the appropriate tools to work best. In the technology company, employers are proud of their most advanced tools, which have the tremendous incentive role. In the process of project and task implementation, managers should provide information for staffs. This information includes the company´s overall objectives and tasks the professional department are required to complete.

People who do real work are the experts. Therefore, managers must listen to the views of staff and invite them to participate in the development of work-related decisions. The frank exchange not only makes the employees feel that they are participating in the operation of company, but also makes them understand the business strategy. If the frank communication and information sharing become integral part in the management process, the encouraging function will be more obvious.

When the employee finish a job perfectly, manager have to congratulate him in time and specifically. If they cannot congratulate employee personally, they could write a note of praise good performance. Manager could also express their recognition of employees in public, and it could attract more staff attention and praise. Hold celebration meeting to boost morale. The celebration does not need to be grand but it is necessary to let them know that they have done good performance.

The salaries of staff must be competitive. That is to be determined by the value of employee. When employees feel that their remuneration is reasonable, they will not just pay attention to the salary and concentrate on work and companies will also get benefits from that.
