  I´ve got a secret that nobody wants to talk about. The truth is that the entire concept of MLM recruiting is a complete scam. Here´s why:

You´ve probably heard the phrase that MLM recruiting is a numbers game. If you talk to enough people, some will join you in business. So why do you have to sift through an entire haystack just to find one lousy needle? And what about the gurus who routinely recruit hundreds, even thousands of people into their downline?

For one, gurus leverage their efforts by the size of their lists, so numbers are only one part of the equation. However, it is not about digging through a coal mine to find a diamond distributor. Network marketing leadership is about so much more. It´s about building relationships. When you place your focus on giving value, you will gain the trust of your prospects and then the entire process of online MLM training naturally becomes easier.

The mindset of a true network marketing leader is one of creating lifelong business associates and friends. When you focus on other people and help them solve their problems, your MLM recruiting efforts will be at least 10 times more powerful in the long term.

When you shift your thinking from recruiting to online MLM training, this will automatically make your marketing attractive to prospects. Think about it. If you were a prospect, would you rather be recruited into someone´s downline, or mentored to success?
