| Damian Kutzner is a serial entrepreneur who understands
success. After launching his own real estate firm at age 23
he went on to launch one of the most successful debt
settlement firms in the nation, NAME. The founder and CEO of
Integrated Legal Systems (ILS), a company that provides
applications to simplify the way law firms do business, he
is also president of Serious Pimp, an extreme lifestyle
clothing company that sponsors MMA fighters and events and
markets apparel products in partnership with worldwide
musical and cultural icons Snoop Dogg and Bishop Don Magic
Juan. A proven senior-level executive with experience improving core business processes and operational efficiency, Kutzner’s unique blend of operations management and marketing expertise with advanced skills in strategic planning, technology, and resource allocation have established him as an innovative business leader known for his ability to cut costs and improve efficiency using technology. Kutzner has extensive experience and success designing and launching applications that enhance profitability and compliance with federal and local laws, and has lead programs that use technology to streamline core business practices, increase internal efficiency and reduce employee headcount through automation. An expert in best practices and the use of technology, he has lead cross-functional teams that collaborate to achieve aggressive business goals and developed and implemented strategies that increase product awareness, market share and profitability. Kutzner founded Serious Pimp, Inc., in Orange County, CA in 2000. The company manufactures and markets two popular and distinctive clothing lines, Serious Pimp and Labeled Insane, that leverage the world’s top mixed martial arts fighting, board sports, moto-x and BMX, hip-hop, rock and hardcore lifestyle talent to create and market sunglasses, t-shirts, hats and numerous other apparel items worldwide. Kutzner holds the intellectual property and merchandising rights in numerous international territories for the two brands. In 2007, Kutzner’s founded ILS, Inc., a leading provider of legal practice automation software for small- and mid-size law firms. As Founder and President of the company, he directed the design of ILS software, established operating goals and launched marketing initiatives, implemented productivity improvements and directed programs that consistently improved product quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to ILS and Serious Pimp, Kutzner worked with Newport Beach Escrow as Chief Operations Officer, where he implemented customer service initiatives, trained staff on process and procedure and did strategic planning and human resource allocation. He also worked with Global Mortgage Funding as Chief Operations Officer where he developed LMS (Lead Management Software), also known as iRobot, and oversaw training and implementation of systems for customer management and employee outreach. While with Global Mortgage Funding, he worked directly with legendary business leaders Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins and Les Brown. Kutzner began his career in the mid-1990s after declining a full scholarship to USC to study medicine so he could go into business. Following work with Union Home Loans, a direct lender and private money brokerage firm where he was Operations Executive and Executive Assistant to owner Steve Goldfield, he joined Alpha America, a Mortgage firm where as Manager of Operation he lead a 20-member team that produced between $3.4 - $4 million per month in transactions. While with the company he drastically improved customer service levels, streamlined business processes and reduced costs. Kutzner currently resides in Orange County, California. |
