| A heavy morning breakfast with lots of proteins and vitamins
is an ideal way to start your day. I was supposed to leave
my house at around 8.00 am. The heavy breakfast made my
moments very slow and lazy. It was after a long time that I
was having my breakfast so early in the morning. Otherwise
after the evening shift, I come home at around 3.00 clock
and go to bed for good eight hours of sleep. I had to reach
my friends place by 12.00 pm, as all of were going to Goa
for a vacation. The plan for a vacation was not a sudden decision. One of my friends had an investment plan from Panoramic Universal Ltd. The Pancard club investment scheme offered to provide accommodations in their hotel anytime the member wished. Since he had many unutilized accommodation rights we decided to spend it in Goa. The booking was done in North Goa at Hotel Graciano Cottage near Colva beach. I was supposed to reach at my friend’s place by 10.00 am and it takes two hours to reach his place. I couldn’t leave on time and was late by just two hours. I left my place at around 10.00 am and by the time I reached halfway there were more than 10 calls from my friends. Even they were aware that none was going to be there on time so by the time I reached his place everyone else was ready and eager to start the trip. As expected everyone pounced on me the moment I entered, hurling abuses at me. This was not something new as we used to do it for every other friend whenever they were late. After settling there we decided to have lunch there and start our trip to Goa in the SUV. The initial plan was to have lunch in some dhaba in the highway which we had altered thanks to my late arrival. We had a light lunch and took some parcel with us, so that we could have some in the journey without the need to halt in between. We started our journey at around 2.00 pm and were sure to reach Goa by midnight. On our journey one of us again asked about the accommodation plans from the Pancard club investment plan. It was only then we all got a proper explanation. Pancard Club investment plan is a holiday investment plan where after investment we will be getting accommodation rights in their chain of hotels and resorts. The scheme was initiated by Panoramic Universal Ltd. who has chain of hotels and resorts in India, USA and New Zealand. His parents have invested in this scheme after some relatives asked them to invest. They couldn’t go for such trips or vacations so asked our friend to utilize it. The important thing was as he was a miser he promised to look after our accommodation in Goa and we have to look after his expenses there. We didn’t have other options as the accommodation prices are so expensive that we couldn’t afford it. So we agreed to his conditions and the trip to Goa was planned. Our accommodation was booked at Hotel Graciano cottage for three nights and we were on our way to explore Goa. |
