Choosing not to exercise is one of the most common reasons for aging too fast. Those people who take only limited or no exercise are generally more vulnerable to poor health and may also experience problems with sleeping at night. If you don't sleep well at night you wake up feeling unrefreshed and exhausted even before you start the day. To give your health a helping hand a simple walk for a few minutes a day can work wonders.

If you exercise on a day to day basis and also get a good nights sleep you will assist your body's metabolism. When you don't sleep properly, your body spends the day trying to find extra energy. This means your body releases glucose or insulin in to the blood stream which subsequently slows down your metabolism. This can lead to weight gain as the body is unable to control weight as effectively.

Being tired and worn out is no joke and the last thing on your mind when you feel that way is exercising. But lack of exercise and avoiding activities which make you feel energized can lead to you becoming apothetic and unmotivated. Getting a good sleep is crucial and your body will love you for it.
