| In recent economic climate when prices seem high and income
low, how to become rich is a question that assails almost
everyone. Nobody wants to go on toiling for years without
getting adequate results for that toil. Nobody wants to
spend all their life working hard and coveting many things
that they can´t buy because they are too expensive. What
everybody wants is to get an answer to the question how to
become rich. And the answer, while not precisely easy, is
not rocket science either. You could become rich by
investing wisely. What does someone mean when they ask you to invest wisely? Well, first of all remember that the answer to the million dollar question, how to become rich, is not a quick fix. You need to work hard, you need to have discretion, and you need to have patience in order to get money from stock market. Rome was not built in a day! Then how can you get rich in that time? Hence do not try to invest all your money at the moment in a high market. You may stand to regret the decision. Instead go slowly after taking stocks into careful consideration. Instead of investing all you have in hand, set aside a fixed amount per month for investments. The process is called dollar-cost averaging. This way your losses are reduced and gains increased. If you are wondering how to become rich this way, consider this. Make investments in some sound stocks which have performed consistently for some time. Also do not sell these stocks at the first market down turn or upturn. Rather keep them with you for some time. You will be earning dividends and when you sell after a few years you would earn a lot. But, keep a limit beyond which you won´t go and decide to sell at that limit, or you would be waiting for ever. A stop loss limit should also be kept. Diversify your interests. Invest in different assets instead of all in one. While you are at it, do remember to invest in some short term stocks too. If you follow current market trends for these stocks you may be able to gain some money in short term. These stocks could be your answer to the how to become rich question. Even if not, it is also possible that these could actually become very valuable over long term. Also do remember that you should not lose your head in your pursuit of the answer to the question- how to become rich? That is, do not lose yourself by doing anything akin to cheating or scamming while investing. Also, do not be so taken in by the game that you forget everything else, even your own or your family´s happiness. Invest wisely. Take calculated risks, do not gamble. If you follow these rules you will become rich and would not lose your happiness in the process. |
