The Health, Wealth and Happiness Visualization

  Many of us make the mistake of thinking that we must have everything we want before we can truly be happy, but there are so many things we can do to feel happy now! One of those things involves visualizing ourselves in happier circumstances. Visualization, when done right, can be a powerful and fun exercise that you actually look forward to each day.

Today I'm going to share a visualization exercise that should leave you feeling healthy, wealthy and happy - and just buzzing with positive energy!

The exercise itself doesn't necessarily take a long time, but it's important to get completely relaxed before you begin. This can require anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on how stressed or tense you feel at the start. Unfortunately, if you feel at all tense, irritated or worried, you won't be able to complete the exercise because you'll have a difficult time tuning into feelings of true happiness.

To get relaxed, I recommend finding a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed. Set a calming mood by lighting a few scented candles or incense, and if you like you can turn on some soft music, preferably music without vocals. Sit comfortably, or lie down if you're sure you won't fall asleep, close your eyes and begin relaxing your body. Breathe slowly and deeply, imagining with each exhale that you are expelling all tension from your body.

Try to empty your mind during this relaxation period. Set aside all worries and scattered thoughts, and focus on the sound and the feelings of your breath moving in and out of your body. With each breath you should continue feeling more and more relaxed.

When you feel very calm, imagine that you are transported to another place and time. Keep your eyes closed so your current surroundings don't interfere with your inner vision - and imagine how you want this new place to look. You can imagine that you are sitting in your dream home, or in a beautiful natural setting, the location doesn't matter except that it is pleasing to you. Imagine that in this place you have everything you need. Plenty of wealth and abundance; vibrant well-being; loving relationships; everything you have ever desired is now yours.

As you tune into the energy of this new place, notice that feelings of happiness are flooding gently through your body. You can even say the words, "I feel so very happy right now" and allow these feelings to flow through and around you. You should feel as if you are floating on a cloud of peacefulness.

Say: "I deserve to feel this happy every day, and I allow the universe to help me manifest happy circumstances starting now."

Stay with these peaceful, happy feelings for as long as you want, and then slowly come back to your present reality. Once you resume your normal activities, do your best to stay attuned to the feeling of happiness. Find ways to feel happy with your present circumstances, even if they don't yet resemble the fantasy you concocted during your visualization. The more you keep tuning into the energy of happiness, the less you will resist the manifestation of the health, wealth and happiness you desire.
