| When I decided to get my own espresso machine, there were
two features that were on the top of my list: First, it had
to be simple to use and, second, it had to fit into my
budget. I kept both of these features in mind while shopping
around and I came across the Breville BES820XL Espresso
Machine. This machine has all the great features that you
could possibly want from an espresso machine and is
available for approximately $489.00, well within my budget.
It offers the choice between manual operation and
intelligent programming. The custom set programming function
works to extract the exact volume of coffee with only the
touch of a button. This is great for a novice like me. The filter head of the espresso machine receives 3 bursts of heated water through the Thermoblock heating system. The coffee grounds or espresso pods are expanded when an increase in pressure is created, so that pockets of air are taken out and the coffee maker develops more crema to deliver an espresso that is full flavored and robust. On the front of the Espresso Machine is a pressure gauge that points to above or below Optimum Zone, which produces an adequate or inadequate espresso. When the recommended position is achieved in the Optimum Zone, the poured coffee drink will have a delicious looking layer of crema. The temperature of the water is increased by the espresso machine to produce steam for frothing milk by providing a swivel-action steam. The water is returned to proper level for brewing by the Auto-Purge function once the frothing has been completed. If you don't use the espresso machine for an hour, the Power Save mode kicks in, and the machine is completely shut off if not used for 3 hours. If you leave the espresso machine on when you leave home, you won't have to worry about shutting it off. The machine shuts it off if you forget. My expectations for an affordable espresso machine with supurb quality have been exceeded by the Breville BES820XL Espresso Machine. I always get a wonderful cup of espresso with ease of use, no matter which recipe I choose. The recipes in the user manual for my coffee maker have allowed me to discover some new favorite coffee drinks. This espresso machine is a wonderful choice on cold days to provide you with a great cup of coffee. In the 4 weeks that I have had this machine, I have grown to love it. Made of high quality parts, this espresso machine is easy to use and makes my kitchen counter look a whole lot better. The results of your efforts will be consistent and luscious when you discover the correct grind consistency, of the coffee, for your tastes. The 360 degree swivel arm is easy to use and the steamer wand works well. The espresso/coffee lover will do well to purchase the Breville BES820XL Espresso Machine. |
