Cover them lightly with the spray or you can sprinkle them with oil also. In case you forgot to boil the seeds in the salty water, still you need them a bit salty, you can put some salt over them at this stage. After that put the baking paper having the seeds spread over it inside the oven. Let them get baked for approximately 20 minutes; you can also see if they are prepared by their changed color, which turns brown and the seeds become a little crisp. Let them reduce the temperature before eating.

If you want to store them, stock in an airtight container. They continue to be mouthwatering and crisp for a lot of days.
