of dinner side dish. 1 head lettuce 6 hard cooked eggs, sliced 1 large onion, thinly sliced 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Dash of paprika 1/4 cup salad oil 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon parsley, minced 1/4 cup grated sharp cheese Directions Break the lettuce up into bite size pieces. Place the lettuce into salad bowl. Arrange the eggs and onion in the bowl, alternating layers over the lettuce. Add in the salt and pepper. Add in enough mayonnaise to moisten salad.
