Too many people usually skip breakfast, but do you know that breakfast is actually the most important chow time of anyone’s entire day? Filling up on goodness first thing helps to bump up your metabolism and will likely keep you on point all the day long.

Because it’s the most significant chow of your whole day, it’s important that it is a well-balanced meal filled with all of the minerals and vitamins that your body may need for the day. Biotin, aka vitamin B7, is one of the essential nutrients that the body must get more of every day. Vitamin B7 helps us to maintain our cellular respiration levels and does also help us feel energetic all the day long.
BIOTIN IN FOOD
Biotin foods are everywhere around us, we only need to be taught what those foods are and how we can cook up mouth watering meals with them. Below you’ll discover another quick biotin rich recipe that contains a day’s value of biotin.

The recipe below makes around 8-12 great granola bars, depending on how large you choose to slice them. Making the granola bars will take fifteen minutes to prepare and twenty-five minutes baking in the oven.
GRANOLA INGREDIENTS
* 2 ½ cups oats, rolled
* 1 cup almonds, chopped
* ? cup local honey
* 1 cup raisins (you may also use figs and apricots)
* 1 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* ¾ tbsp vanilla, extract
PREPARING
* Preheat your oven to 325º Fahrenheit.
* In an 8x8-inch pan, line the bottom with parchment paper.
* In a large bowl, stir honey, cinnamon, applesauce & vanilla extract. Now mixed, add in rolled oats, stirring vigorously until all of the oats are very well covered. Spoon in almonds and raisins until they’re also well covered.
* Using a spoon, place your granola across the bottom of the baking pan. Spread your muesli throughout the baking pan, making sure that it is evenly spread across the entire bottom of the pan. Pack the mix across your pan.
* Place the baking pan in the oven, and bake for up to 25 minutes. Remove baking pan from your oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. If using a metal baking pan, you can actually put it into the freezer for a few minutes.
If using a glass baking pan, please do not place it in your ice box! You’ll risk breaking the glass pan, and even more importantly you’ll risk losing your granola bar goodies!
* Once the mixture is cool, remove from pan by pulling on the waxed paper. Cut into bars however large or small you would like.
