Binge drinking- the consumption of four (for women) or five (for men) drinks in a given place with the intention of getting intoxicated- is just as insidious and often as damaging as alcoholism. One study at the University of Columbia-Missouri discovered that binge drinkers exhibit many of the same signs of impaired decision-making as do full-blown alcoholics. In another study at the University of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain, binge drinkers exhibited impaired working memory, as well. To top it all off, binge drinkers are the most accident-prone population out there, even beating out alcoholics. Consider that binge drinking is a regular activity for tens of millions of people in the United States alone, and you can see that we have a serious health issue on our hands.

But it’s addictive- and that’s why people can’t stop binge drinking. Enter the Lenair Self(s) Healing Center, where 30,000 people with addictive behavior (alcohol and otherwise) have completely outgrown abusing and cravings for alcohol as a byproduct of the Self(s) Healing Experience (SHE). The incomparable healer and luminary behind it all is Rhonda Lenair, whose mission is simply to center her clients in inner peace through the Self(s) Healing Experience.

Ms. Lenair’s work is highly lauded in the medical community. “I just couldn’t find that inner strength and resource I needed to get me to the next level in my life. I felt bound to addictive mind patterns in my brain,” said Dr. Posner, who has a thriving holistic practice in New York. After going through the Self(s) Heal Experience, he declared, “I was free. It no longer had that grip on me that was binding me – that was the most miraculous part of the whole experience – and it was only a by-product of me reaching that state of inner calm. Rhonda was the magic bullet that did it for me. She set me free from my emotional blockages, now my life is blossoming.”

Over the years, innumerable satisfied clients have experienced SHE. Here are the words of one anonymous client from Texas: “You are a miracle, an absolute miracle! I was very skeptical about coming to see you. When my sister told me about you, I thought to myself, there is no way you could help me. I honestly believed no one could help me.

My background has been a long history of alcohol abuse. I have survived two head-on collisions where I went through the windshield. I survived two treatment centers, several DWI's, a wrecked marriage, and the list goes on. I was at the point in my life that I could not stop drinking. AA was a drag and that program did not seem to help. I drank; I lost and received another DWI …

I went to see Rhonda on February 8, 2002. I am happy to announce that I have not had a drink since then.”

It’s not about why people can’t stop binge drinking, it’s about how. And now you know the answer: The Lenair Self(s) Healing Center. Consider yourself informed.
