Stress and anxiety is the uneasy sense of being concerned about a coming stressful event or threatening situation. Simple anxiety may help along with a positive experience but too much of it can be thought to be a mental problem; particularly when it lasts longer, more intense, and when it affects the regular day to day activities. If such happens stress and anxiety may be associated to depression symptoms.

Once anxiety becomes a long-term issue in which a person doubts about things and situations that are not even seen, that´s generalized panic attacks or GAD. Anxiety clearly shows itself in individuals with phobia, meaning…too much fear of the unseen real danger. You can find different types of phobia and frequently phobia accompanied panic attacks.

Panic disorder happens when you feel fear or perhaps a sudden attack of being afraid which can be together with anxiety.
