Not only are these some stannding xeercises to do with the abs, but they will actually work. You really see the results of thee and not sit ups and crunches. This is becasuse sit ups and crunches do not burn enough calories to make a difference.

1. Towel Swings. Interest is very strong with a towel over KB then start waving the KB around your head to one side. Stop swtch direction, repeat. This exercise can be done standing or squatting position.

2. Hook swwing. Holding the handle of the KB in the hands on the belt line, then simply switch from one side to another.

3. Overhead rotations. Shoulder Press 2 KBs over his head and lockng his hands out. Now turn on the waist, with one hand to another.

4. Turnovers with knee lifts. Instead of clickig KBs over your head you hold them at chest level. How do you turn at the waist from one area to anotheer to raise the knees elbows.
