Drink several glasses of water in the hours before your workout and enough during your work out to stay hydrated. Make sure that you have the appropriate shoes when you exercise. When you do not wear shoes that are designed for a certain activity, you risk injuring your feet and legs. In addition, your feet will feel uncomfortable after a workout, and that might discourage you from sticking with the exercise. Remember to eat lots of meat during your training. Meat has a lot of protein in nit, which will increase muscle mass and speed up recovery time. A group of male lifters who ate meat gained much more muscle mass than a group of male lifters who did not eat meat.
