But these feelings are only temporary and are your body's way of dealing with the change. After getting through this stage, kicking your bad habit will pay off. Be sure never to lose focus. Remember the reasons why you want to break the bad habit. Think of the positive outcome that you will achieve once you've done the deed. Your dedication and hard work will soon pay off. |
