| Americans tend to have a very egocentric way to think and
this is why many are up in arms about the current proposal
for health care. Everybody tries to examine the bottom line
on how this reform will effect their lives but the whole
health care reform plan will probably allow more advantages
down the line then most Americans believe. Experts state that this health care reform is a necessary step that the government must take in order to not only stabilize the health care system but is also necessary to help stabilize the finances within the government as well. According to the statements of these experts if left unattended the health care system has the potential to be the demise of the government as a whole and this sounds like a pretty frightening scenario. There are benefits that everyone will be getting from the new statutes and although some of them may wind up costing additional money in the short term in the long run many of these changes may actually result in decreased costs in the health care industry. The government instituting a plan that will help get more Americans insured as well as stop some of the abuses of the health care industry. These changes have the potential to add up to big savings in the long term. Most people very simply don´t think about insuring those without health insurance as a savings but this is because they don´t realize that under the current structure they are already indirectly paying for their care. When you think about it, who do you think pays those unpaid medical expenses? Well, it is not those who can´t afford health insurance but you. Indirectly each unpaid medical expense is costing your medical bills to go up and this is causing health insurance premiums to increase as well. Although it may seem like nobody is paying for the uninsured they are. Have a plan that will improve the overall health of the country and establish an insurance program that also includes all of these people is a sure way to lower costs in the industry down. The uninsured in this country have become everyone´s responsibility anyway, so why not put it on the books and everyone get the insurance they need to help reduce the number of unpaid medical bills we pay for each year.
