  I am the worst when it comes cleaning, I tend to always take the easy way out. When I have company I used to just shove my clutter under the sofa or the bed. Or put another bedspread over the old one to cover unsightly stains and what-not. Iīm not allowed to have a dishwasher in my apartment so I usually just re-use one mug to avoid washing the dishes. I donīt really get to wash the dishes since I eat take-out every day. So, thatīs one household chore I donīt need to worry about. But Iīve recently acquired allergic-rhinitis. It is when I start sneezing and get the sniffles when I inhale dust, pollen or other irritants. There are times when my nose gets so congested that my own mother canīt even recognize my voice on the phone. According to the doctor, it was due to my long exposure to these irritants. Mainly, dust. I had to clean no matter what or I end up suffering the consequences.
I bought a state of the art vacuum cleaner that literally picks up everything. The detachable extensions can go as high as my ceiling and corners that are hard to reach. The carpet brush attachment is my favorite because all I have to do is pour in the shampoo in the slot and it does the work for me. I also own one of those static cling feather dusters where all I have to do is wave it around and hairs literally cling to it. I have other gadgets to help me clean without hassle, but there are also times when I need to go down on my knees and scrub the floors, which I totally hate.
